When people think about therapy, they often picture someone in a crisis completely overwhelmed, unable to cope, or in a dark place. And while therapy can absolutely support you in those moments, it’s not only for when things fall apart.
Therapy can also help when you're simply feeling anxious, stuck, tired of overthinking, or unsure of yourself. You might be going through a life change, struggling in relationships, or having a hard time with food, body image, or low self-esteem and just want someone to talk to.
Online counselling is a flexible, private way to explore what’s going on under the surface. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear “reason.” Just the sense that something doesn’t feel right is enough.
